These cover this website. Our YouTube channels, our Discord and our merch store each have their own rules on top of these, set by the platforms they run on.
The Cyber Skull Media name, the skull, the show logos, the writing on this site and the design of it belong to us.
Link to us as much as you like, and share our videos however the platform allows. What you cannot do is put our marks on your own merch, use them in a way that suggests we endorse something, or pass our work off as your own. Ask first and we will usually say yes.
Artist names, band photos, artwork, video thumbnails and music belong to the artists, labels and rights holders behind them. They appear here to show who we covered and what we said about it, which is commentary and criticism.
We make no claim on any of it. If you hold the rights to something here and want it taken down or credited differently, email cyberskullmedia@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
Artist pages carry factual details such as where an act is based, when they formed, who is in the band, and which of our videos they appear in. Some biographies come from Wikipedia and are used under the CC BY-SA licence, which is why the source is named under the text.
We try to get it right and we will get some of it wrong. If something about you or your act is incorrect, tell us and we will fix it rather than argue about it.
Do not attempt to break the site, overload it, or get into the areas behind a password. Do not scrape it wholesale. Everything else is fair game.
When you fill in a form, send us things that are true, and do not send other people’s personal details without their say-so. Anything you send us we can use to reply to you and to do whatever you asked us about.
A donation is a gift towards making the content and getting to the shows. It is not a purchase and it does not buy goods, coverage, or a say in what we make.
Payments are taken by Stripe. If something has gone wrong with one, email cyberskullmedia@gmail.com and we will look at it.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be up, that every figure on it is current, or that it is free of mistakes. Views and opinions in our videos are ours, and a review is an opinion rather than a statement of fact about anybody.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using this site or from anything you reach through a link on it. Some places do not allow that to be limited, and where that is the case this does not affect your rights.
We update these when the site changes, and move the date at the top when we do.
